We are happy to announce that our clinics are now partnered with De La Sol yoga studios. Our practitioners will be available after select classes to answer any questions you may have regarding an injury, correcting your form to avoid injury or anything else that may be on your mind!

We are thrilled to be working closely with Katie and the team at both the Hamilton and Waterdown studios. Our therapists believe that by incorporating dynamic yoga postures into a rehabilitation programs, clients will recover quicker and sustain those results.

Yoga enhances the mind-body connection with a synergy between breath and movement. The practice develops core strength, improves balance, strengthens the stabilizing muscles, and increases flexibility. It also calms the nervous system which can aid in recovery. Regardless of your fitness level or yoga skill incorporating this practice into your routine can be therapeutic.
