DR. BASHAR ALOLABI

Dr. Bashar Alolabi is an orthopedic surgeon with an interest in upper extremity surgery, sports medicine surgery, joint arthroplasty, and post-traumatic reconstruction. He is an Assistant Professor at McMaster University and currently practices at Brantford General Hospital.
He completed a Shoulder & Elbow Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic and was part of a team of consultants for the Cleveland Indians, Browns, and Cavaliers. He also completed a Trauma and Lower Extremity Arthroplasty Fellowship at the University of Toronto, Sunnybrook Health Science Center. He also obtained his Master of Science Degree in Medical Biophysics from Western University.
Dr. Alolabi has received several national and international awards recognizing his research, including the prestigious North American Traveling Fellowship in 2015. He has also given numerous talks at national and international conferences and has contributed a large number of orthopedic publications and book chapters.
His scope of practice will include upper extremity surgery (shoulder, elbow & wrist), sports medicine surgery (shoulder & knee), joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder & elbow), and post-traumatic reconstruction.
He will be accepting referrals for ALL orthopedic conditions except spine and hand-related pathologies.
