Our space offers beautiful, spacious private treatment rooms for massage, naturopathy, osteopathy and private  room requests for physio and athletic therapy. A medical procedure room where industry leading orthopedic treatment and diagnostics take place. A boutique studio with the best views and light in the Dundas and greater Hamilton area. The studio boasts small class, client focussed upscale practice with industry renowned instructors for Yoga, Yoga Therapy , Pilates and Barre classes take place. Private sessions are available upon request Our spacious open treatment area features 14 ft ceilings, calming, clean decor, oversized windows creating gorgeous amounts of light throughout, state of the art recovery modalities. The strength and conditioning area includes a vast amount of top of the line equipment to cover every need. Our patient lounges include comfortable seating and decor, entertainment screens and soon will have filtered water and small scale coffee and tea services. We will feature local artists’ work on consignment throughout our space.
